Chez Roseline
Roseline will welcome us to her farm, where she has carefully set up a beautiful shop filled with everything you need for cooking! She loves sharing her passion for quality products and you can feel it! You’ll discover where these foods grow and where to buy them, just a few meters away.
She also offers coffee transported by… sailing boat!
A heartwarming encounter that reconnects us with our food...

Between the artisans… by carriage
We will travel between the artisans with Gabriel, a wonderfully friendly grandfather, and his two draft horses. The carriage is covered, but be sure to bring warm clothing!
Sévery Mill
The second visit will take place at the Sévery Mill, the last mill in Switzerland to operate artisanally throughout the entire year, still pressing oils the traditional way… You will be captivated by the wonderful smell of nuts and immersed in a “back in time” atmosphere, as everything has remained authentic.
Six generations of the Bovey family, and now the seventh, have followed one another at the Sévery Mill since 1810. From father to son, and now from father to daughters, this transmission of knowledge has preserved the expertise and mastery of traditional oil making techniques.

Couvaloup Brewery
To end the day, we will meet Alexandre for an aperitif! He will introduce us to his craft brewery, where he creates beers inspired by a wide variety of influences. They are crafted and brewed with a strong focus on quality, using water from the village springs of Apples and carefully selected ingredients without compromise.
This will be the perfect opportunity to discover, among other beers, the Nanuq, a brew that transports you straight to the ice floes… and which was awarded the gold medal at the 2022 Lyon International Competition.
